Shipping Information
1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and major holidays).
Orders received after 2 PM CST on a business day will begin processing on the next business day.
2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship to all domestic U.S. addresses, including APO/FPO and U.S. territories.
We do not currently ship internationally.
3. SHIPPING METHODS & TRANSIT TIMES
Standard Shipping: Typically 2–3 business days in transit after your order has been processed.
Expedited or Overnight options: Available at checkout for an additional fee (where applicable).
4. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method, package weight, and destination ZIP code.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.
You can track your package via the carrier’s website until delivery.
6. SHIPPING DELAYS & EXCEPTIONS
Transit times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier service disruptions, severe weather, or peak-season volume.
If your package is delayed unexpectedly, please contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to locate it as quickly as possible.
7. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
In the rare event your package is lost in transit, we will file a claim with the carrier and re‑ship your order at no additional charge.
