Established in 2021 in response to the devastation of the 2020 hurricanes in Lake Charles and the challenges of the pandemic, the company was founded by Josh and Taylor Smith, Jake and Amanda Porche, and Trent and Hillary Robertson. United by a shared purpose, their mission was clear: to help rebuild their community, one cup at a time.
At the center of that mission is a deep commitment to quality, sustainability, and Louisiana’s cultural heritage. Each batch is carefully roasted in small quantities using hand-selected, 100% Arabica beans, known for their smooth flavor and consistent excellence.
